At the recent project in Roosdaal, executed by FH GROUP, craftsmanship and quality were key. The team created a roof that is not only functional, but also looks sleek and durable. For this project, high-quality materials were carefully chosen to guarantee a durable and waterproof finish. The dormer window was finished with 10 m² of Strongpanel HPL, a high-quality and waterproof cladding with a sleek appearance. The pitched roof was constructed using Unilin PIR insulation, combined with Korafleece Plus underlayment membrane and Solid John exterior plywood, and finished with roof tiles for a durable and aesthetic roof covering. The flat roof of the dormer was then waterproofed with Starix bare EPDM, including all associated accessories, ensuring optimal protection against the elements. Over Unilin PIR
For this construction site, PIR insulation from Unilin is being used. The insulation boards offer a high thermal insulation value with a limited thickness, which is ideal for flat or pitched roofs where build-up height is important.
