Every day, she welcomes customers to the Aartselaar branch with a smile. Liesje also responds to her customers quickly and kindly over the phone and via email. She wakes up every day in good spirits and, above all, eager to take on new challenges. Why does she love her job so much? Liesje learns something new every day!

Guy has already conquered quite a few challenges at Deschacht. He built the Hoogstraten branch from the ground up. Guy loves the “dare-to-dream” mentality and the drive to constantly improve. Having a great regional team in Hoogstraten to tackle all these challenges is therefore of the utmost importance.

Joke was one of the founders of Deschacht’s design department. For 13 years now, there has been daily, constructive collaboration to achieve the best possible results for the client. The challenging and independent role of creating a high-quality design, combined with the pursuit of client satisfaction, brings Joke great fulfillment in her daily work.

During his 32 years at Deschacht, Sven has become a leading figure in the cast iron and aluminum lids division. He is always on the lookout for new opportunities and innovations. In addition to his challenging job, Sven unwinds by running, biking, and playing volleyball—an excellent way to start each day at Deschacht feeling refreshed and energized.

Sandy has been giving his all for Deschacht for 18 years. He’s been given plenty of opportunities, which is why he now provides product training to new employees and is in charge of the customer service department. Sandy isn’t one to say no, and he never shies away from a challenge.

Gianni started at Deschacht as a forklift operator. Today, he’s a dispatcher in Herstal. In his free time, he scores goals with the same precision he uses to plan deliveries at Deschacht. His knowledge of the area, combined with his ‘elephant’s memory,’ gives him a major advantage when planning deliveries. Gianni is always straightforward!

Kadri is an active and dedicated employee who is always willing to listen to his colleagues. He maintains customer relationships with the same dedication he brings to coaching the volleyball team. In addition to sales, quality, trust, and customer service are very important to Kadri. He comes from a different industry, so he’s learning a lot, and that’s a real motivator in his day-to-day work!

Even more than driving a forklift, Jacques especially enjoys the variety of his tasks at Deschacht. His days are never the same: they range from preparing orders and serving customers to loading and unloading trucks. Jacques works at a speed of 12 km/h!
