High-density rock wool under the patio

Yes, rock wool can be non-compressible and still retain its excellent insulating properties. Rockwool has developed panels that you can walk on with your eyes closed. On the advice of Deschacht, the company Timberteam equipped the roof of its new business center with this innovative insulation.

A building dedicated to sustainable construction

In Angleur, the former site of the Raskin presses will soon become a brand new business center. Beneath this roof terrace is 1200 m

offices that will soon house the two partner companies Timberteam and Réno-Solutions together. Many spaces will also be rented out to other self-employed professionals or to companies connected to the construction sector. The two companies share a number of environmental values: the CLT wood structure, energy performance, and sustainable housing. They clearly paid a great deal of attention to the quality of the insulation. This site is a fine example of techniques, knowledge, and skills.
