Heuvel-Folie-Serres manufactures foil greenhouses, foil sheds, and greenhouse stables for professional use. They installed new foils and PVC covering materials on the roof of their production hall. To make the structure completely waterproof, they had the gutters lined with self-adhesive waterproofing from Superplan over a total length of 770 meters. The gable roof system lets in a tremendous amount of air and light. The air enters through movable ventilation windows. Because water or snow used to pool in the v's of the roof, v-shaped gutters were incorporated into the roof between each gable roof. These quickly drain rainwater and snow via one facade of the 70-meter-long roof. Superplan makes the connection of our ventilation windows to the gutters 100% waterproof.
