Deschacht and Collinet jointly provide an ingenious interpretation of Renson's future-oriented project

Anyone driving along the E17 near Kruisem/Nazareth can’t miss it: Renson’s new 380-meter-long facility is nearing completion. The complex, which consists of a production facility and an ’experience center,’ is a showcase of forward-looking architecture and construction techniques—where Industry 4.0 harmoniously blends with the concept of ‘outdoor living’ and respect for nature and the environment. Deschacht and Collinet have also contributed to this forward-looking character by, among other things, providing ingenious solutions for water buffering and wastewater separation that perfectly align with the philosophy of the client and architects.

Founding date: 1909 Location: Waregem (headquarters) and soon also Kruisem (Renson Outdoor) Number of employees: 1200 worldwide

Creating healthy spaces: that is Renson’s baseline and mission. As a trendsetter in ventilation, sun protection, and outdoor living, this dynamic and fast-growing family business swears by natural elements like light and air which – when cleverly deployed – form the basis of a healthy living and working environment for everyone. By heavily investing in innovation, communication, and internationalization, Renson is staying a step ahead of the future, always focusing on a healthy and comfortable indoor climate and pleasant outdoor living in homes, apartments, offices, and healthcare facilities. The emphasis is on sustainable total concepts that set a high standard in terms of energy efficiency, acoustics, and design. Although strongly rooted locally, Renson is also spreading its vision increasingly internationally, as evidenced by its strong distribution network that now reaches the USA, the Middle East, Asia, and even Australia. In doing so, Renson reinforces its ambition to grow from a Belgian company into a global player in the fields of ventilation, sun protection, and outdoor living.
