Construction company Dethier models large construction project with BIM from Deschacht

Construction company Dethier is building 44 social housing units in Westerlo on behalf of housing association De Zonnige Kempen. This involves a construction site of nearly half a hectare. Deschacht's construction team approach resulted in a significant order: the complete sewage system for the project plus the insulation for the pitched roofs – in other words, from beneath the ground to the roof.

Foundation date: 1947 Location: Alken, Londerzeel Number of employees: 130 Activity: General contracting, care homes, offices, apartments, schools, etc.

For over 70 years, Dethier has been a growing player in the Flemish construction sector. Building upon the solid foundation of a hard-working sole proprietorship, successive generations of the Dethier family have continued, decade after decade, to build a financially healthy company with a strong reputation among subcontractors, investors, and clients alike.
