Rock-solid, reliable, and developed for sustainable roof performance
That is what Deschacht's Supergamma stands for. With Super roofing, you choose a complete range of bituminous roofing for flat membranes, consisting of top layers, underlays, and vapor barriers.
The high-quality roofing membranes offer durable and reliable waterproofing for both new construction and renovation projects. Thanks to their strong performance in all weather conditions, the SUPER range guarantees long-lasting protection for flat roofs in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Bituminous APP roof membrane for use as a top layer in multi-layer roofing systems. Finished with black granules on the top side and a burn-off polyethylene film on the bottom side for smooth installation.
Bituminous APP roof membrane for application as a top layer in multi-layer roof waterproofing systems. Finished with white reflective slate granules on the top side and a burn-off polyethylene film on the bottom side. Ideal for a durable roof waterproofing with a higher reflectance value.
Bituminous APP-modified roof membrane for use as a base layer or as a top layer in multi-layer roof waterproofing systems. Finished with sand on the top side and a burn-off polyethylene film on the underside for smooth installation.
Bituminous membrane based on modified SBS elastomeric bitumen for use as a top layer in multi-layer systems. The top side is finished with black slate flakes, the underside is provided with a burn-off polyethylene film.
SBS-modified bituminous roof membrane for single-layer waterproofing with partial bonding. Finished with black slate flakes on the upper side and equipped with elastomer strips with burn-off film on the lower side for efficient installation.
Bituminous SBS-modified roof membrane for application as a top layer in multi-layer waterproofing systems. Finished with black slate flakes on the top side and a burnout polyethylene film on the bottom side.
Bituminous APP-modified roof membrane for application as an underlayer or vapor barrier in multi-layer roof waterproofing systems. Finished with sand on the top side and a burn-off polyethylene film on the underside.
Self-adhesive and vapor-pressure-equalizing SBS-modified bituminous membrane for use as a base layer in multi-layer roofing systems. Finished with a film on the top side and equipped with a self-adhesive underside featuring a vapor-pressure-equalizing pattern and a release film.
Bituminous membrane based on SBS elastomer bitumen for use as a vapor barrier in multi-layer systems. Specifically for buildings with high moisture production. Interior climate class IV.
Vapour pressure-equalising bituminous underlay. Top APP, bottom thermal stripes of self-adhesive SBS. Finished with a film on top, and siliconised film on the bottom. Polyester composite reinforcement of 130 g/m².
Superuno P3 is an APAO-modified bituminous roof membrane with polyester reinforcement, suitable as a vapor barrier or base layer in multi-layer torch-applied bituminous roofing systems. Applicable with fully torch-applied or loose-laid ballasted installation. Upper side finished with talc, lower side provided with burn-off PE film.
Bituminous membrane based on oxidized bitumen with a glass fleece/aluminum reinforcement of 60 g/m2. The top side of the membrane is finished with sand, and the bottom side is provided with a self-adhesive foil.
Roof advice by specialists
At the beginning of the design process, crucial choices are made regarding the sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics of a building. Flat roofing plays a key role in this: material choice, insulation values, water drainage, and maintenance directly determine the lifespan and performance of the roof.
Deschacht Engineering supports architects, engineering firms, and project teams in designing aesthetically strong and technically high-performing roof structures. This results in flat roofs that meet current building regulations and are prepared for future sustainability requirements.
Information about roofing, roof systems and specification texts
Our roof consultants provide you with all the technical information about the desired products, from technical data sheets and ATG approvals to technical guidance from the WTCB. In this way, we support architects and engineering firms in drafting correct and well-founded specifications for public tenders.

FAQ
1. When do you choose an APP roofing system and when an SBS roofing system?
An APP system is interesting when high UV resistance and thermal resistance are desired. SBS systems are often applied when flexibility, crack bridging, and performance under temperature fluctuations are important. Both solutions are available within the Supergamma range.
2. Which Supergamma solution is suitable for roof renovations?
Superflex+ RENO has been developed for renovation projects. This SBS membrane can be applied as a single-layer roof waterproofing on existing asphalt roofing when partial adhesion is required. This allows the renovation to proceed faster and more efficiently.
3. Is the Supergamma suitable for energy-efficient roof extensions?
Yes. The Supergamma is regularly combined with PIR insulation and other high-performance insulation materials to meet current energy performance requirements. This enables project teams to realize energy-efficient warm roof constructions.
4. Which Supergamma solution is suitable for roofs with solar panels?
Supergum+ White features a white reflective slate chipping that absorbs less heat. This allows the roof temperature to remain lower, which can be beneficial for the performance of solar panels and the thermal comfort of the building
5. Are the products from the Supergamma suitable for public procurement?
Yes. Deschacht supports architects and engineering firms with technical datasheets, specification texts, ATG documentation, and technical assistance in the preparation of specifications and tender documents.
