DISPATCHER
As a Dispatcher, you serve as the central link between drivers, the warehouse, the office staff, and other locations. You ensure efficient transportation planning, coordinate internal shipments, and coordinate daily operations with all parties involved. In addition, you monitor inventory, track the availability of goods, and actively seek solutions when challenges arise. Thanks to your strong organizational and communication skills, our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor's-level education.
- You have several years of relevant experience in dispatching, transportation planning, or logistics. A good knowledge of the local area is required.
- You have strong organizational skills and can keep track of everything.
- You know how to keep a cool head and set the right priorities.
- You think in a solution-oriented way and take responsibility.
- You communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external partners.
- You're not afraid to speak French when necessary.
- You have strong communication skills and ensure smooth coordination among all parties involved.

In addition, you’ll benefit from the construction industry’s summer break and a closure between Christmas and New Year’s. You’ll have 20 statutory vacation days and 12 ADV days. Part of your vacation time is fixed due to collective closures, but you’ll still have enough days left to schedule time off as you wish.
