In Héron, the general construction and roofing company ROBA & Cie completely renovated the roof of a single-family home. For this demanding project, Deschacht supplied the 100% roofing system, providing a comprehensive and coordinated solution.
A roof completely rebuilt to its original condition
The home has retained all of its original charm: a white facade, an old hardwood floor, and a wooden staircase. The homeowner wanted a renovation that remained true to the existing structure. The team at ROBA & Cie (Aywaille) therefore rebuilt the specific roof surfaces and the entire roof structure, rather than opting for a more contemporary solution. A traditional, artisanal approach, with respect for the original architecture.
Red roof tiles and a complete roofing system
To meet these requirements, we supplied all the necessary materials:
- Red Wienerberger roof tiles, storm-resistant model
- Utherm Sarking Insulation
- Wood for the roof structure
- HPL panels from Strongpanel
- Velux skylights
- Roofing Membranes and Supervap Vapor Barriers
In other words: a complete roofing system, supplied based on the contractor’s bill of quantities. Thanks to this coordination, the thermal performance, airtightness, and overall durability of the pitched roof are optimized.
A partnership based on trust
ROBA is a loyal customer. We regularly collaborate on roofing projects. Our added value? Listening to the customer, responding quickly, and providing all necessary materials from a single source. Since certain specific roof tiles aren’t always in stock, we also ensured prompt delivery to guarantee the continuity of the work. Because on the job site, reliability makes all the difference.
A performance done by the book
The result: a new roof that complements the original aesthetic and was built to the highest standards.
We are proud to support contractors like ROBA & Cie, who prioritize quality and craftsmanship in every project.
