Last summer, DDG Renovaties completed a small-scale renovation project in Humbeek, where the company was commissioned to install both a flat and a pitched roof. It was yet another consecutive assignment for which the roof and facade specialist turned to Deschacht, which has been serving as a one-stop shop for business owner Yannick Daneels for almost a decade now.
Yannick Daneels, who started his own business DDG Renovaties in early 2020, first came into contact with Deschacht at his previous employer: “That must have been about 10 years ago now. I can also always make last-minute requests if something unexpectedly changes. That happened just yesterday: in the morning I let them know I needed 2 extra pallets of roof tiles, and by evening everything was ready at the job site. Moreover, for every project we can count on the same service: whether we are installing a large roof of 1,000 m² or simply need to replace a gutter.’

Deschacht customers can also always count on the necessary expertise to receive professional advice. For the recent project in Humbeek as well, DDG Renovaties relied on Deschacht's knowledge. Arno Bosmans, account manager at Deschacht: “For this project, a different type of insulation was initially specified by the architect. The client wanted to know if PUR insulation was also an option, so we compared the R-value of various materials and made a different proposal. This was then fed back to the architect, and that is how we jointly arrived at a great alternative.” A service that is included with every project, small or large: “Contractors who focus mainly on smaller projects are just as valuable to us as larger clients. They, too, want to be able to complete projects on time, correctly, and according to their wishes,” Bosmans notes.
