Retention basin with Tubao tanks

Client: Orval Brewery

Contractor: Lecomte sa

The Orval brewery is expanding. Lecomte sa installed a buffer basin and three lifting stations for this purpose. The buffer basin was created by connecting two 45 m³ Tubao tanks, a quick and simple operation. Deschacht supplied the three lifting stations, which have three different functions: pumping rainwater from the lowest cellar to the buffer basin, pumping wash water to the sewer system, and finally pumping production water from the brewery and the cheese dairy to the nearby wastewater treatment plant. The final pump pit is made of HDPE to withstand the acidity of the water flowing through it.
