Bauder PSX
Bauder PSX is a top layer made of elastomeric (SBS) bitumen with fire-retardant properties and a polyester reinforcement. The top surface is finished with dark slate granules and the bottom features a burn-off film. This roofing membrane is ideally suited for overlaying an existing bitumen roof without the need for insulation. Thomas Mariman confirms: ”I have confidence in Matthias and am glad I listened to his advice. The SBS bitumen membranes were very easy to work with. The adhesion is of high quality, including at the upstands. The slate granules hold very well and are rolled in nicely. In total, we installed 2,000m².“
