Contractor: ED Bouw Sint-Niklaas
For a new-build single-family home with a physiotherapy practice in Kessel, approximately 130 m² of pitched roof had to be spanned. ED Bouw bvba from Sint-Niklaas carried out this work using Unidek Aero panels from Kingspan, supplied by Deschacht. Unidek Aero Comfort is an insulating sandwich element with a core of EPS Platinum, fire-retardant modified, featuring 4 integrated stiffeners 19 mm high and 45 mm wide. The sarking roof method was the starting point for this project. With the Unidek panels measuring 6.3 meters long and 1 meter wide, the entire roof length could be spanned in a single go. The Unidek panels combine roof sarking, insulation, and interior finishing all in one, which saves contractors a lot of time.
