A new residential care center is being built in Lommel. Because the 2-story basement is 15 meters wider than the building and lies partly beneath the green spaces and the road surrounding the building, the engineering firm decided to protect the basement roof with DELTA-FLORAXX TOP membrane from Dörken against infiltrating groundwater. Dilissen installed the membrane, which collects the rainwater seeping into the ground. It is discharged via a drainage system at the lowest point. The rivet system for fastening the rolls together is convenient. The rolls no longer curl up and stay neatly aligned. DELTA-FLORAXX TOP is the only drainage membrane that perfectly withstands traffic loads on the ground. The space between the dimples and the filter fleece always remains at a maximum, guaranteeing perfect performance.
