What is Resitrix®?
Resitrix® combines an EPDM top layer with an internal glass fiber reinforcement mesh and an SBS underlayer. This unique construction ensures a durable roof waterproofing with a proven lifespan of at least 70 years and a high resistance to weather, wind and UV.
Resitrix® is suitable for new construction and renovation and is efficient to install, even with complex roof details. The seams are finished with hot-air welding, resulting in strong, durable, and inspectable seam connections – without an open flame.

Resitrix® SK W Full Bond
Fully self-adhesive and root-resistant EPDM roofing. Ideal for green roofs and details.
Resitrix® SK W Full Bond consists of an EPDM top layer with an internal glass fiber reinforcement mesh and is provided with a TPE layer. The bottom layer consists of self-adhesive SBS-modified bitumen. An important asset of Resitrix® SK W Full Bond is its root resistance (FLL certified or compliant with the EN 13 948 standard).
Resitrix® SK Partial Bond
Partially self-adhesive and vapor-pressure-equalizing roof waterproofing. Ideal for renovation on an existing bituminous waterproofing or installation on PIR or PUR insulation.
Resitrix® SK Partial Bond features an EPDM top layer with an internal reinforcement mesh of glass fiber threads and is provided with a TPE layer on both sides. As a bottom layer, Resitrix® SK Partial Bond has a partially self-adhesive SBS-modified bitumen. This partially self-adhesive bottom layer is applied to the membrane in stripes.
Resitrix® MB
Resitrix® MB is a waterproofing membrane with an EPDM top layer featuring an internal glass-filament reinforcement mesh, coated on both sides with a TPE layer. The bottom layer consists of SBS-modified bitumen, finished with a PE film.
You mechanically fasten Resitrix® MB or lay it loose with ballast on top such as gravel or tiles on tile supports.
