The pitched roof of the Yildiz family was in need of renovation. For this, roofing contractor Peeters bv from Tildonk was called upon. Kevin Peeters is a working boss specializing in roofing, cladding, timber structures, lead and zinc work, and the installation of skylights. Kevin was contacted for the renovation of a pitched roof with dormers of a private residence in Herent. The entire project was carried out using the Cedral Tecta Smooth slate and matching Strongpanel cladding. Both products have a smooth anthracite look, giving the roof a sleek, modern appearance. The ‘noir’ zinc gutters from Nedzink were folded at the Deschacht Herent zinc center. NedZink Noir is a process-patinated titanium zinc in an anthracite-black color. Nedzink Noir is primarily used for aesthetically high-quality construction applications: roofs, facades, and the associated rainwater drainage systems.
