In Namur, the redevelopment of the Casernes site – a project named Novia – is well underway. The company Cœur de Ville, which includes Thomas & Piron Bâtiment and several architectural firms, is in charge of this project, which aims to transform an entire district of the Walloon capital. The drainage of the underground parking garage shared by all the project's buildings – 8,000 m² – required a great deal of thought and ingenuity, notably from Deschacht's design department, which was successfully involved in this project.
Thomas & Piron has been active in the construction sector for over 42 years.
