The BELGAQUA certification guarantees that our tanks meet the strictest requirements for materials that come into contact with drinking water. BELGAQUA, the Belgian Federation for the Water Sector, carries out this inspection according to their “HYDROCHECK” inspection procedure, which ensures that the tanks are safe and reliable for water storage.

Safety for chemical storage – VLAREM II certified

Our HDPE Weholite tanks are also certified according to VLAREM II standards, making them suitable for the storage of flammable liquids and hazardous chemicals. This regulation, part of the Flemish Regulations on Environmental Permitting (VLAREM), imposes strict requirements on environmental safety and helps companies reduce the risks of contamination and other environmental damage.

The tanks meet the following safety requirements:

• Made of double-walled HDPE Weholite pipes, tested according to NBN EN 13476-2.
• Equipped with a permanent leak detection system, level measurement, and overfill prevention.
