Un projet apparemment simple, mais pr\u00e9sentant un d\u00e9fi technique clair : g\u00e9rer efficacement l'eau de pluie sans surcharger l'infrastructure d'\u00e9gouttage existante. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, l'entrepreneur Solidbeton, sp\u00e9cialiste des sols en b\u00e9ton liss\u00e9, a propos\u00e9 une solution pragmatique et performante : le sol drainant Drainix\u00ae, fourni par Deschacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un choix technique efficace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La zone concern\u00e9e couvre pr\u00e8s de 400 m\u00b2 de sol destin\u00e9 au stockage ext\u00e9rieur du magasin. Le principe est clair : faire infiltrer l'eau de pluie directement dans le sol, au plus pr\u00e8s du point de chute. Une solution particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux grandes surfaces, o\u00f9 la r\u00e9glementation et les exigences environnementales en mati\u00e8re de gestion de l'eau sont de plus en plus strictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drainix\u00ae : un plancher con\u00e7u pour l'infiltration r\u00e9gul\u00e9e en surface<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments Drainix\u00ae utilis\u00e9s sur ce chantier constituent une surface perm\u00e9able durable, compos\u00e9e de plaques alv\u00e9olaires en PE Drainix\u00ae de 15 cm d'\u00e9paisseur, dans lesquelles une dalle en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 est coul\u00e9e sur place. Ce syst\u00e8me brevet\u00e9 associe la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 d'une structure en plastique \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique du b\u00e9ton, garantissant une durabilit\u00e9 fiable, m\u00eame en cas de trafic intense, tel que l'utilisation de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs, une fois la surface remplie de concass\u00e9. On obtient ainsi un sol drainant performant qui favorise l'infiltration directe des eaux de pluie dans le sous-sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec environ 30% d&#x27;ouvertures, Drainix\u00ae d\u00e9passe largement le seuil l\u00e9gal minimal de 10% fix\u00e9 par la norme PTV 126 pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme perm\u00e9able \u00e0 l&#x27;eau. Cette marge importante garantit une capacit\u00e9 d&#x27;infiltration nettement sup\u00e9rieure au minimum l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drainix\u00ae ne remplace donc pas les syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9gouttage classiques, mais les compl\u00e8te de mani\u00e8re intelligente l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l'infiltration est techniquement et \u00e9conomiquement judicieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ex\u00e9cution professionnelle par l'entrepreneur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur ce chantier, l'entreprise a assur\u00e9 l'ensemble du processus : livraison du b\u00e9ton, coulage des sols Drainix\u00ae et finition. Ce n'\u00e9tait d'ailleurs pas la premi\u00e8re fois. Apr\u00e8s un premier chantier r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 Braine-l\u2019Alleud (650 m\u00b2), l'\u00e9quipe connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 parfaitement le syst\u00e8me. R\u00e9sultat : une pose fluide, sans besoin d'assistance technique sp\u00e9cifique sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partenariat fluide avec Deschacht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le plan logistique, le projet s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans encombre. Les plaques Drainix\u00ae ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es \u00e0 temps, \u00e0 un prix convenu \u00e0 l'avance.
