Sur le campus Suikerkaai du PC Sint-Jan-Baptist \u00e0 Gand, un nouveau projet de construction pour les unit\u00e9s m\u00e9dico-l\u00e9gales Encarga 1, 2 et 3 est en train de voir le jour. Cette r\u00e9alisation constitue une \u00e9tape importante dans le renouvellement de l'infrastructure pour la psychiatrie l\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le nouveau b\u00e2timent remplacera l'infrastructure actuelle qui accueille aujourd'hui 45 patients. Avec la conception du cabinet Archipl Architecten et la r\u00e9alisation par la Bekaert Building Company, les bases sont pos\u00e9es pour un environnement de soins moderne pouvant accueillir 45 lits. Ceux-ci sont r\u00e9partis sur trois unit\u00e9s de s\u00e9jour sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, chacune ayant sa propre mission de soins. Outre les unit\u00e9s, le b\u00e2timent comprend \u00e9galement des fonctions administratives et logistiques, des salles de th\u00e9rapie et des locaux techniques au sous-sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00c9nergie durable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9othermie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Pour le chauffage du b\u00e2timent, une solution durable a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie : la g\u00e9othermie. Le sp\u00e9cialiste Mouton a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les forage g\u00e9othermiques \u00e0 cet effet : 60 forages de 150 m\u00e8tres de profondeur chacun. Ces forages constituent la base de l'ensemble du r\u00e9seau de chaleur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur expertise en g\u00e9othermie et en CVC, Mouton r\u00e9alise des projets globaux \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie et rend l'\u00e9nergie verte accessible aux grands b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
G\u00e9osondes et puits collecteurs de Deschacht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Deschacht a fourni les mat\u00e9riaux essentiels pour ce projet de g\u00e9othermie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

60 sondes g\u00e9othermiques en PEHD (diam\u00e8tre 40, PE100 RC, certifi\u00e9es SKZ et test\u00e9es \u00e9tanches).<\/li>\n
Deux regards collecteurs sur mesure, comportant respectivement 28 et 32 raccordements.<\/li>\n
La tuyauterie horizontale pour la liaison entre les sondes, les regards collecteurs et la pompe \u00e0 chaleur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Les puits collecteurs en PEHD fabriqu\u00e9s sur mesure permettent de regrouper plusieurs sondes g\u00e9othermiques et de les raccorder efficacement \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
