Un m\u00e9lange \u00e9nergique de logements de qualit\u00e9 pour toute la vie, de travail et de d\u00e9tente redynamise le site de l'ancienne malterie \u2018 Malterie Vandermolen \u2019. Une vaste entreprise pour laquelle Deschacht a fourni les sondes, les tuyaux en PE, les raccords et les collecteurs pour les raccordements horizontaux des forages g\u00e9othermiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Malterie Vandermolen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jusqu'en 2013, le site de 11 000 m\u00b2 abritait une usine de pressage de m\u00e9taux non ferreux. Auparavant, une malterie et une usine de caoutchouc (Le Caoutchouc R\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9) y \u00e9taient \u00e9galement implant\u00e9es. Le site a \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 lorsque son dernier occupant, Inofer, a fait faillite et il fait face depuis lors \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis tels que la vacance et la d\u00e9gradation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forage g\u00e9othermique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la demande de Jan De Nul, l'entrepreneur Soetaert a notamment r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les forages g\u00e9othermiques. Une paroi soil-mix a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 une profondeur de 19 m, les tirants d'ancrage par injection de coulis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9s et l'ass\u00e8chement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place.\n\nL'entrepreneur Soetaert \u2013 sous la direction de Thibaut Vansteelant et Eric Leemans \u2013 a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 les forages g\u00e9othermiques et les raccordements, en collaboration avec le sous-traitant Lakwatec. Ce n'\u00e9tait pas une mission \u00e9vidente, car l'entrepreneur a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 de l'eau sous pression, ce qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l'installation d'un syst\u00e8me d'ass\u00e8chement suppl\u00e9mentaire. Soetaert a assur\u00e9 une livraison cl\u00e9 en main, permettant au ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage de commencer imm\u00e9diatement les travaux de b\u00e9tonnage apr\u00e8s l'ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deschacht en g\u00e9othermie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9partement des services publics de Deschacht fait appel \u00e0 son expertise en<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">forage g\u00e9othermique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">faites appel au fabricant suisse de premier plan, HakaGerodur. Cet sp\u00e9cialiste international de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">installations g\u00e9othermiques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">offre une gamme compl\u00e8te de produits qui garantissent qualit\u00e9 et fiabilit\u00e9. Notre offre \u00e9tendue se compose de g\u00e9osondes en PEHD, de puits collecteurs en PEHD, de conduites de remplissage, de conduites de pression et de raccords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sur Lakwatec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lakwatec bv est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le raccordement de sondes g\u00e9othermiques pour les entreprises de forage. Cela permet de soulager ces derni\u00e8res, qui peuvent ainsi se concentrer pleinement sur le processus de forage. De plus, il n&#x27;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de constituer des stocks de mat\u00e9riel, ce qui se traduit par une r\u00e9duction des stocks et un gain d&#x27;espace.
