Afin de permettre au eaux de pluie de s'infiltrer plus rapidement, des tuyaux perfor\u00e9s en PP-Ribwall ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une chambre de d\u00e9versement, le tuyau sert de tampon en cas de fortes pluies. Ainsi, les eaux de pluie peuvent s'infiltrer lentement.
