Cependant, le plan initial du syst\u00e8me de drainage n\u2019\u00e9tait pas r\u00e9alisable. En raison de la taille des structures de retenue en b\u00e9ton, il aurait fallu creuser trop profond\u00e9ment ce qui aurait caus\u00e9 un risque que les b\u00e2timents voisins deviennent instables.<\/p>\n<p>Le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes de Deschacht a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une nouvelle proposition avec un \u00e9gouttage p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique de seulement 2,5 m\u00e8tres de profondeur. Ce syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9voit dans un premier temps le stockage temporaire de l\u2019eau de pluie dans des tubes PP-Ribwall d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre d\u2019un m\u00e8tre et ensuite son \u00e9vacuation de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e vers les \u00e9gouts du zoning. Le projet comprend \u00e9galement quatre grands r\u00e9servoirs incendie Tubao. Chacun de ces r\u00e9servoirs peut contenir pas moins de 60 000 litres d\u2019eau \u2013 une quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour agir comme r\u00e9serve en cas
