Le propri\u00e9taire a choisi une pompe \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermique pour chauffer et rafra\u00eechir tout le b\u00e2timent. Les forages verticaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise de forage Geotechnix. Celle-ci a \u00e9galement plac\u00e9 3 km de sondes g\u00e9othermiques et de conduites en PE pour raccorder les sondes avec le collecteur et la pompe \u00e0 chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent fait 800 m\u00b2 et dispose d\u2019un logement au-dessus du magasin, la pompe \u00e0 chaleur doit donc avoir une puissance de 40 kW. Pour y parvenir, 16 trous de 71 m\u00e8tres de profondeur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9s. Il a fallu augmenter la longueur de forage de 10 % mais, ayant opt\u00e9 pour des boucles simples et non doubles, la pose des conduites a co\u00fbt\u00e9 10 % de
