Port\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Piron Construction, ce projet repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e significative pour l\u2019urbanisation de la r\u00e9gion et pose de nouveaux d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de gestion des eaux pluviales.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9vention des risques d&#8217;inondation<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce chantier, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 AB TECH, membre du Groupe Joly, se charge de la pose du r\u00e9seau d&#8217;\u00e9gouttage ainsi que de l&#8217;installation d&#8217;un bassin d&#8217;orage. Ces infrastructures sont essentielles pour assurer la gestion durable des eaux de ruissellement et pr\u00e9venir les risques d&#8217;inondation, notamment lors d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques intenses.<\/p>\n<h3>Fourniture One-stop shop et expertise du bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes<\/h3>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Deschacht, en partenariat avec le bureau SRL Mar\u00e9chal et Baudinet, joue un r\u00f4le central dans la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet en fournissant un syst\u00e8me cl\u00e9 en main. Ce syst\u00e8me comprend un bassin d&#8217;orage \u00e9tanche de 196m\u00b3, dimensionn\u00e9 \u00a0par notre bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du site. Ce bassin permet de recueillir et de stocker temporairement les eaux pluviales, avant leur \u00e9vacuation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment, Deschacht a \u00e9galement fourni les chambres de filtration et de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit, fabriqu\u00e9es sur mesure en PEHD par Collinet, garantissant ainsi un contr\u00f4le optimal de l&#8217;\u00e9coulement des eaux. Enfin, l&#8217;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau d&#8217;\u00e9gouttage a \u00e9t\u00e9 fournie par Deschacht, assurant une parfaite coordination entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments du syst\u00e8me d\u2019assainissement.<\/p>\n<h3>Gestion innovante des eaux de pluie \u00e0 Theux<\/h3>\n<p>Ce projet \u00e0 Theux illustre la capacit\u00e9 de Deschacht \u00e0 collaborer efficacement
