La cave de deux niveaux se trouve sous la maison de repos. Ce sous-sol est 15 m\u00e8tres plus large que le b\u00e2timent et se situe en partie sous les plantations et la voirie entourant. Le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019en prot\u00e9ger la toiture contre les infiltrations d\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une membrane DELTA-FLORAXX TOP de D\u00f6rken. Dilissen a pos\u00e9 cette membrane entre le toit de la cave et la terre. Cette membrane drainante recueille l\u2019eau de pluie qui s\u2019infiltre dans le sol et l\u2019\u00e9vacue vers le point le plus bas. Le syst\u00e8me de fixation par rivets pour attacher les rouleaux l\u2019un \u00e0 l\u2019autre, est tr\u00e8s pratique. Les rouleaux se\u00a0recroquevillent moins et restent bien align\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>DELTA-FLORAXX TOP est la seule membrane drainante qui r\u00e9siste parfaitement \u00e0 la pression du sol et de la
