Le r\u00e9servoir se compose de 10 \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier galvanis\u00e9 ondul\u00e9, chacun mesurant 21 m\u00e8tres de long et 3 m\u00e8tres de large, \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui, ensemble, peuvent stocker un peu plus de 1,5 million de litres d&#8217;eau de pluie. Bram De Haes, chef de projet chez Viabuild : \u00ab\u00a0Il y a deux raisons importantes \u00e0 cela. En premier lieu, la quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eaux us\u00e9es industrielles, qui sont tax\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment des eaux us\u00e9es domestiques, peut de cette mani\u00e8re \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision. En second lieu, l&#8217;eau de pluie peut \u00eatre collect\u00e9e et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e sur une partie du site. Au total, nous fournissons environ 5 kilom\u00e8tres d&#8217;\u00e9gout principal, ainsi que deux stations de pompage avec un \u00e9quipement EM complet, des s\u00e9parateurs d\u2019hydrocarbures, des constructions de r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement et de trop-plein et plusieurs caniveaux de mesure Venturi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un bassin tampon pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La grande quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eau de pluie qui peut \u00eatre collect\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9gouts s\u00e9par\u00e9 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour refroidir le syst\u00e8me de chauffage et arroser les espaces verts sur le site. Mais pour cela, bien s\u00fbr, un bassin tampon \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Ce qui n\u2019allait pas de soi\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0L&#8217;endroit o\u00f9 devait \u00eatre install\u00e9 le bassin tampon \u00e9tait enclav\u00e9 entre les voies de tram et un b\u00e2timent existant. Nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00fb tenir compte d&#8217;une profondeur de 5,5 m\u00e8tres. Et comme il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un site hospitalier, les travaux ne pouvaient pas occasionner trop de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments. Nous avons donc cherch\u00e9 une solution pouvant \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e rapidement, et c&#8217;est ainsi que nous avons d\u00e9couvert le r\u00e9servoir Tubao\u00a0: tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont pu \u00eatre livr\u00e9s quasiment pr\u00eats \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi, ce qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps et \u00e9viter beaucoup d&#8217;obstacles par comparaison avec une structure en b\u00e9ton\u00a0\u00bb, explique B. De Haes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Install\u00e9 en une seule journ\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deschacht a conseill\u00e9 Viabuild tout au long du processus, a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan technique et a men\u00e9 le placement du r\u00e9servoir Tubao \u00e0 bonne fin. Pour l\u2019installation de celui-ci, une seule journ\u00e9e de week-end a suffi. Dirk Stuyven, responsable du bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie chez Deschacht : \u00ab\u00a0Comme la ligne de tram ne pouvait pas \u00eatre interrompue, l&#8217;installation devait avoir lieu pendant le week-end et nous n&#8217;avions pas d&#8217;autre choix que de soulever les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments depuis la chauss\u00e9e pour les faire passer au-dessus de la voie de tram \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une grue t\u00e9lescopique. C&#8217;\u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi sur le plan logistique, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement pr\u00e9alable d&#8217;un calendrier d&#8217;installation clair et \u00e0 une bonne coordination avec De Lijn, tout s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans heurts.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un projet m\u00e9morable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour Deschacht, l&#8217;installation du r\u00e9servoir Tubao sur le site de l&#8217;UZ Gent est un projet unique pour plusieurs raisons : \u00ab\u00a0Ce chantier constitue pour nous une exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9gards. Non seulement le r\u00e9servoir Tubao \u00e9tait \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 le plus grand que nous ayons plac\u00e9 en Belgique, mais nous avons \u00e9galement fourni tous les tubes en gr\u00e8s et le mat\u00e9riel d\u2019\u00e9vacuation pour les \u00e9gouts. Pour nous, il s&#8217;agissait donc vraiment d&#8217;un dossier complet, et les projets de ce type ne s&#8217;oublient pas rapidement\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute D. Stuyven. Viabuild est \u00e9galement enthousiasm\u00e9 par cette collaboration. B. De Haes\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0J&#8217;appr\u00e9cie la fluidit\u00e9 de la communication et le fait qu&#8217;il y ait toujours un point de contact fixe chez Deschacht. Dirk a tout suivi et \u00e9tait au courant de chaque e-mail et de chaque calcul. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent le jour de l&#8217;installation.
