Les 175 logements du nouveau projet de construction de la Stapelplein participeront eux aussi \u00e0 cette transformation. Luc Watcant, chef de projet au sein de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de construction de Deschacht pour la Flandre orientale et la Flandre occidentale : \u00ab La plupart des clients s\u2019adressent \u00e0 nous pour tout ce qui concerne les \u00e9gouts. Dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, \u00e0 mi-chemin du projet, il nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 de concevoir le syst\u00e8me d&#8217;infiltration des eaux de pluie dans le jardin int\u00e9rieur du site. Apr\u00e8s un temps assez long, environ 2 semaines avant la r\u00e9ception du projet, il est soudainement apparu que le diam\u00e8tre de raccordement du syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9vacuation des eaux us\u00e9es ne pouvait pas \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par gravitation. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9videmment pratique qu&#8217;elle soit en mesure de fournir non seulement le puits, mais aussi le syst\u00e8me de pompe, et qu&#8217;elle puisse \u00e9galement se charger de l\u2019ensemble de la coordination et du raccordement. Elle \u00e9tait donc responsable de l&#8217;installation compl\u00e8te du puisard, depuis sa conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son installation. La conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie interne de Deschacht. Dirk Stuyven, chef du bureau d&#8217;\u00e9tudes de Deschacht : \u00ab Comme les \u00e9gouts de la chauss\u00e9e devaient \u00eatre sur\u00e9lev\u00e9s, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;un puisard n&#8217;est apparue qu&#8217;\u00e0 un stade tardif du dossier. C&#8217;est pour cette raison que nous avons d\u00fb pr\u00e9voir un puits de pompage autonome. Nous avons \u00e9galement fourni un r\u00e9servoir de r\u00e9tention en polyur\u00e9thane fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure, sur lequel nous avons install\u00e9 2 pompes, avec un dimensionnement tel que la hauteur de refoulement et la capacit\u00e9 soient id\u00e9ales. Compte tenu de la hauteur d\u2019encombrement limit\u00e9e et du poids important des pompes, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour une installation s\u00e8che, ce qui signifie que les pompes sont situ\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;installation. Watcant : \u00ab Un puisard qui ne fonctionne pas ou qui fonctionne mal peut causer beaucoup de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Il suffit de penser aux b\u00e2timents qui se retrouvent inond\u00e9s. Parfois, les architectes stipulent que la pompe doit \u00eatre raccord\u00e9e par un \u00e9lectricien, mais qui est alors responsable si les choses tournent mal ? Si vous pouvez confier un grand nombre de travaux \u00e0 une seule partie, aucun doute n\u2019est possible et vous savez imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 qui vous adresser.
