With a roof surface area of approximately 1,000 m\u00b2, this was an ideal job for Haachtse Dakwerken.\n\nThe specialized team started with minor repairs to the waterproofing and made the roof completely dust-free in preparation for the new layer of roofing felt. For this renovation, the high-quality Superflex+ Reno roofing felt from Deschacht was chosen.\n\nSuperflex+ Reno is an advanced bituminous membrane specifically designed for single-layer renovations of existing flat roofs. Thanks to its vapor pressure-distributing properties, this roofing felt can be easily applied over the existing roof covering, ensuring efficient and durable waterproofing.\n\nFor Eric, an expert from Haachtse Dakwerken, this was his first experience with Superflex+ Reno. \u201cThis roofing roll is very easy to process and adheres with just minimal activation. The slate granules stay firmly in place, which contributes to an aesthetic end result. In short, an excellent choice for single-layer renovations with an optimal price-quality ratio,\u201d according to Eric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features of Superflex+ Reno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Superflex+ Reno is a bituminous membrane based on modified SBS elastomeric bitumen, ideal for single-layer roof waterproofing with partial adhesion. The roll is equipped with a free edge with burn-off film and a top surface finished with natural black slate flakes.
