These seasonal beers or beers for a specific occasion are all brewed in limited volumes, which requires regular cleaning of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the request of the Walloon Region, the abbey provides for the purification of the rinse water prior to its discharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subcontractor Schockaert, commissioned by Van Roey nv, contacted Deschacht Engineering to design and calculate this project. The design had to take into account a buffer solution so that in the event of emergencies, no contaminated rinse water would end up in the sewer system. Fast delivery was crucial, as the Maredsous Abbey is one of the best-known tourist attractions in Wallonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyse door Deschacht Engineering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the start of a new project, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">van Deschacht always begins with a thorough analysis of the customer's request. This allows them to translate expectations into a tailored solution. The team creates a draft plan and regularly reviews the potential solution with the customer to arrive at a high-quality concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A grease separator has been provided for the pretreatment of the rinse water. This separates fats, oils, and other organic substances from the wastewater before it is discharged into the sewer system.\n\nThe wastewater flows through the grease separator, where its flow is slowed down. This gives the grease the opportunity to rise to the surface because it is lighter than water. The separated grease then forms a layer on top of the water, while the cleaner water flows downward.\n\nBy separating grease and oil before the water is discharged, a grease separator helps prevent blockages and problems in the sewer system. Therefore, the use of a grease separator contributes to efficient wastewater treatment and helps reduce environmental impact.\n\nBetween the existing sewer system and the grease separator, we are providing an additional chamber with a butterfly valve. This valve ensures that the rinse water can be retained in the event of an emergency. In such cases, an additional pump chamber is used to pump the contaminated water to an emergency holding tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A BIM design, powered by Deschacht Families<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to Deschacht's advanced tools, such as the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">, we transformed the resulting concept plan into an accurate 3D image. This gave the contractor and client a clearer picture of the work and its practical execution. Potential problems on the construction site can thus be detected in advance and adjusted in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom manufacturing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the seamless collaboration between<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">, the sister company of Deschacht and the Engineering department of Deschacht, we smoothly convert the 3D designs from design to production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High-quality and fast delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Deschacht\u2019s motto, \u201cOne-stop construction shop, non-stop construction advice,\u201d Deschacht supplied all necessary materials, from custom work to regular items, in a smooth and high-quality manner. In this way, we unburden the customer from design to delivery on the job site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction partner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In collaboration with the client Schockaert, Deschacht sought a solution that meets all the expectations of both the Walloon Region and Maredsous. Thus, it acts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deschacht as a construction partner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and not just as a supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
