The project is taking shape on a total area of 27,500 m2 and will accommodate 19 stores and 1 large catering business. Main contractor Groep Verelst schedules delivery for October 2021. For the insulation between the underground space \u2013 including a parking lot for 350 cars \u2013 and the ground floor level where the stores will be located, Verelst chose XPS insulation from Soprema.
